There's no time like the present. Subjectively speaking this is indeed true. It might just be the sun, but I'm getting a growing reminder of a time and place I enjoyed, which reminds me of a time and place I did not enjoy. Mixed emotions and a juvenile attachment to the scars that made me as strong as I am today. Regardless there's a buzz in there somewhere that resonates inside me. This might be productive and I've felt like skating everyday. I just worked through the night, editing without a wink and it's 1PM, and I have to meet a client in an hour. Whatever's not gonna make you stronger will surely be your downfall. My tracks are getting pretty darn good. The most exciting development in my life right now. We think the same things at the same time. We just can't do anything about it. Thanks Thom, you got me through the night.

The Kind Of Variable I Like.

Baby Steps. My visual/audio editing/creation skills are evolving at a steady rate. This week I will publish a collection of my work on a new Showreel DVD. Let me know if you'd like a copy and I'll post one out. Also finished creating the branding and identity for one of my mates companies, which was very well recieved. Olys been down for a few days which has been good fun. Everything is close to where I want it, so I really can't complain. Still, every morning I'll ask myself what's good in my life, and what still needs to be done. The latter never seems to decrease. I guess I'd be in a spot if it did. Keep on.

Pull Out Then Up.

Been a while folks.
I'll try to make this a more regular occurence again.
So much going on, which is what I'm always gonna need to 'keep this real'.

I just finished busting my ass to complete a lengthy in-house training DVD for a large retail chain and the results were commendable. Had my good friend June from Bristol in England stay with me for a week and it was an enjoyable time indeed. This reassured me that spending an extended period of time with me is not as intollerable as I thought. Oh yeah, oozing self confidence. She seemed to have a blast anyway. I've been catching up with Sinamin on a slow, steady and regular basis which is another high point in my corner at present. She's amazing. Just what the doctor ordered. Oh, and its her 22nd Birthday tomorrow!

My animation is STILL on hold which is pissing me off, but at least the creative juices are flowing and full of pulp. I've almost finished an updated deluxe version of my creative showreel which I'll send out to friends and clients next week. Currently I'm working on two complete rebrandings of a couple of friends companies...which so far has been very enjoyable. It's nice to flex my static visual comunication skills once in a while. Getting stuck into a couple of new tracks as well. I should consider getting a site up so you who are interested can see some of my work...what do ya reckon?
