Australia Day was enjoyed by my Brother and I (pictured) at Dad's this year with snags, Vegemite, David Williamson and blue sky present. My highlight was conversing with a talented graphic designer, Kel Gibb, who's been in the game for over 30 years. He reminded me of myself. This was reassuring.

The highlight of the weekend was eye contact with a girl I probably shouldn't be with.

Four tracks down too.

Good at forming bad habits, getting better at forming good habits.

Peace.

A meal was enjoyed (pictured) this evening in the company of my Mum, Brother, Aunty and Uncle. Everyone felt that time is indeed speeding up, so we touched on Novelty Theory. I enjoy talking about this kinda stuff, because we can all throw our thoughts into the mix. With knowledge being that which is gained along our ways, our paths, our tumbles, our trails, we all possess our own unique insights. Thanks Terrence for most of my reference :P When I'm not chasing delusions, I have time to gather my thoughts and my love goes out to you all.. Peace.

All that she said was true.

Kangaroo gives Dot a root to eat, called the "Root of Understanding," but warns, "You mustn't eat too much ... If you eat too much, you'll know too much."

-Dot and the Kangaroo

I could've used this feeling yesterday.

We are the music makers,
And we are the dreamers of dreams,
Wandering by lone sea-breakers,
And sitting by desolate streams;—
World-losers and world-forsakers,
On whom the pale moon gleams:
Yet we are the movers and shakers
Of the world for ever, it seems.

Solid rain for two solid days. The middle of Winter in the middle of Summer. Ideal conditions for tinkering and finishing off a new track. Oh yeah, I'm kicking my ass to finish a new track every week, due on Sunday night. So far I've been very pleased with the results and have recieved some nice feedback too. Developments on all sorts of fronts...crotch shots of blue cotton panties.....man...how can I even...

I've moved into the silver mine (pictured) and I have my lappy. I'm riding up almost everyday and it's one killer up hiller. This was a point in my timeline I envisioned vividly and it feels strange to be living it. I went and saw an absolutely astonishing gig, two Saturdays ago (hate backtracking but it's worthy of a mention) by Trentemøller. No one would come along, but I met Dwayne there (who told us about it) and his new girlfriend (who rocks!). He performed minimal tech on a Rowland 303 with a lappy running Logic, whilst his DJ was on some turns. It blew my mind and Dwayne, who's been from here to Gundagi, said it was possibly the best show he's seen. As you can imagine, ..so fucking glad I went lonesome. Different drums n shit eh. Peace.
