Aldabra Turtle.
Went to the Adelaide Zoo with my mum yesterday. She works there as a volunteer three times a month and takes people on tours, providing information on the various animals. The variation in gods creatures is vast, each as amazing in their own right to the next. The Aldabra Turtle (pictured) is so old, it has outlived its keepers and records of its age have been lost. It becomes a little surreal when you're walking around looking at the various categories of animals, staring at them understanding their place in the world. They must think we're pretty weird. I do.
